Dusk, San Niccolò, Florence

I painted this cityscape one evening near San Niccolò in Florence. I was looking to capture the mood of the area during dusk, with the lights just coming on in the distance. I particularly liked the contrast between the warm browns of the buildings and the cool grey blues of the Arno river and distant hills.

Unframed size - 20 cm (H) x 30 cm (W) x 1 cm (D) / (approx 8 x 12 inches).

Additional information: this original artwork was painted on Cotton Canvas Board, using high-quality Michael Harding oil paints, and finished with Gamvar gloss varnish. It has been signed on the front, and on the back is the title, date and a list of materials.

Shipping: Free within the UK, £30 for the rest of the world. Paintings are shipped via express courier (UPS/Fedex or similar), securely packaged, and fully insured in case of any eventualities.
